HiRes 90K patients who received a two-processor system and had initial stimulation on or after January 3, 2006, through the introduction of our Harmony Processor will be able to exchange one unopened Auria Sound Processor for a Harmony Processor free of charge. Opened Auria Processors may be traded for Harmony Processors according to the Trade-In Schedule below. The free trade-in program for Auria Sound Processors will be initiated once the product is available and your center is fully trained on the new Harmony HiResolution Bionic Ear System. Priority will be given to patients who had their initial stimulation in early 2006.

Unopened Auria Sound Processors under the Pediatric Warranty Extension Plan will be replaced with Harmony Processors at no cost.
All patients who have processors other than Auria Sound Processors may exchange their processors for Harmony Processors based on the following Trade-In Schedule:

Patients who still have Auria Sound Processor coupons or Flex Plan certificates will be able to redeem their coupons or certificates for Harmony Processors.
Recipients purchasing the Harmony BTE will have a 60-day trial period.
The Harmony Processor will be shipped directly to you. You will need to contact your audiologist to schedule an appointment to have the Harmony Processor programmed. We recommend that you do not schedule your programming session with your audiologist until you have received your Harmony Processor.
Yes. Third-party financing will be available to recipients who prefer a monthly payment plan. This finance program will be offered via a third party who will have sole discretion to approve credit for this purchase. Advanced Bionics will have no influence on the third party, and all questions or complaints regarding the financing plan must be made directly to that company.
