Troubleshooting

If there are problems with your system, check the following:

  1. Visually inspect the equipment.
  2. Is the battery in place?
  3. Is the headpiece cable twisted, frayed, or broken?
  4. Is the headpiece cracked?
  5. If something appears broken, use your spare equipment to complete troubleshooting.
  6. Make sure the processor is set on the correct program.
  7. Are the volume and sensitivity set appropriately?
